During the daily business, some paper cup and bolw customers may feedback some certain paper cup production problems. It just so happens that a new client we visited our website recently had such one of the problems, so we had several rounds of internal technical discussions about it. after deep discussion, we have concluded some problems and solutions. - Allow for Adequate Bonding Time: Ensure that the production line provides sufficient time for heat to apply properly and for pressure to form a solid seal. The sealing and forming machines should be set to provide enough time for thorough bonding.
As a result, forming issues in paper cup and bowl manufacturing are often caused by a combination of factors, from heat sealing inconsistencies to material quality issues and die misalignment. We should consider from different angles positively, analyze specific issues based on existing actual conditions, find solutions, further verify them, and gradually solve the problems we face.
